2. The country chicken meat will be fresh or frozen?

We deliver absolutely fresh country chicken meat - not frozen. Your order gets processed just a few hours before the selected delivery slot. We are the only brand delvering 100% fresh chicken, mutton & fish in Delhi NCR.

3. Can I get my order processed as per my requirement?

Absolutely, yes. As we do not keep anything frozen, all the ordrs can be customized cut according to your requirement. You can get it with skin or without skin as per your wish. 4. How long does it take for delivery?

We try to deliver all the products within selected time slot on selected date. But, there can be some delay in delivery due to some unctrollable road side reasons. Still, we delivery more than 97% of orders within the selected time slot. We require some extra time as we do not keep anything frozen.

5. What happens if I am not satisfied with the product quality?

All of our products are backed by 100% replacement or money back warranty if you are not satisfied with the product quality. Moreover, you need to let us know about the quality issues within 2 hours of product delivery with image of the product being delivered to your home.
